Highly translucent to bring out the beauty of woodgrain. Protects against mould and algae. Resistance to UV radiation, peeling and cracking. Microporous and water-repellent. Solvent based. Area of Application: Finishing coat- exterior softwood and hardwood substrates such as cladding, fascias, soffites, rough sawn timber and fencing. Base stain - exterior softwood and hardwood joinery windows and doors. Coverage: 7-14m2per litre Drying Time: 4-6 hours. Drying Time Between Coats: 18 - 24 hours. Number of Coats: New - 3 coats. Existing - 1 coat unless excessively weathered. Base stain 1 coat prior to Cetol Filter 7 or Cetol THB Plus. Cleaning up: Remove as much product as possible from the brush before cleaning with brush cleaner.
