How can I get a quote?
You can obtain a quote by clicking on the link. If you need a quote for a product not listed on our website then please contact your local branch.
When will I get my delivery?
We aim for next day delivery. For further information please contact your delivery branch. Branch contacte details are show on the confirmation email sent to you when you place your order.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
To amend or cancel an order please contact your local branch as soon as possible. Contact details are shown on the confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.
What do I do if I've been sent a wrong item?
If you have been sent an item incorrectly then please contact your local branch as soon as possible. Contact details are shown on your invoice.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charge is free for all orders over £175+Vat. Below £175+Vat a delivery charge for non account cusomers is £12 incl. VAT and for account cusotmers it's £6 incl. VAT.
Can I place a collection and a delivery in one order?
Yes, you can split your order by collection and delivery.
Do you deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays?
Unfortunately we don't deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays.

When will my order be ready for collection?
We aim to have click and collect orders ready within 3 hours (Monday to Friday).
How long will you hold my order for?
Click and Collect orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days.
PRODUCTS
Are all products tocked at Palladium available online?
Certail products won't be avaialble online. Products not stock can be ordered specially.
Do you offer paint mixing service?
Yes, we do. We can also colour match most paint manufactures, ranges and colours.
RETURNS
Can I return a product?
Products purchased from stock can be returned to branch, unused, in its original packagint within 14 days from collection or delivery date. When returning goods for a credit, the original invoice/ delivery note number must be supplied together with the reason for return. We may apply a restocking charge, depending on the circumstances and we reserve the right not to accept items for return or refund. Special order products are returned at the discretion of teh suppling company. This may include a restocking charge.
Is there a re-stocking fee?
We do charge a re-stocking fee but this is at the discretion of the branch.

How can I get a trade account with Palladium?
Cash Account can be open here.
Credit Account Application Form can be downloaded here. Alternatively, you can call into branch to collect a hard copy and return a hand signed Application Form or sent to us via post.
Ho long does a cash account application usually take?
The application process for cash accounts is usually 1-2 working days. Once your account is opened you will get a welcome e-mail confirming your cash acount is open along with your account number
How long does a credit account application usually take?
The application process for credit accounts is subject to credit checks being completed. Once your account is opened you will get a welcome e-mail confirming your credit account is open along with your account number.
Do I have to open a Trade Account to shop with you?
No, we are open to everyone and there is no need to open an account.
