Details

Quickslates are a quick and simple weatherproofing solution for where a pipe, such as a flue pipe or soil stack, penetrates slate, tile, felt and asphalt roofs. The quickslates are 450mm by 450mm squares of Code 4 lead with a rubber cone that can be cut to the diameter of the pipe up to 125mm. The pitched roof quickslate is ideal for 30¦ - 40¦ pitched roofs. Patination Oil should not be used on quickslates as it can damage the rubber seal.
