Ideal for priming, sealing and stabilising new, dry alkaline surfaces such as new lime plaster, cement and concrete. It can also be used to seal stains, stabilise powdery chalky surfaces and promote adhesion to glass, ceramics and some plastics.

Solvent based primer for interior and exterior plaster, cement and brickwork and can be used to prime hard plastics and PVC-u. Area of Application: For priming, sealing and stabilising new, dry alkaline surfaces. Coverage: Up to 13m2 per litre. Drying Time: Touch dry in 4 - 6 hours. Drying Time Between Coats: 16 hours. Number of Coats: 1 coat. Cleaning Up: Remove as much paint as possible from the equipment and clean with brush cleaner/ white spirit.
